Return & Replacement Policy
1. No Returns
FoodYoung Labs does not accept returns or exchanges of products for any reason other than damage or spoilage during transit.
2. Damaged or Spoiled Samples
If your samples arrive damaged, spoiled, or otherwise compromised, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
3. How to Report an Issue
To request a replacement:

Email us at hello@foodyoung.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or videos showing the damage or spoilage

4. Evaluation Process
Once we receive your email and supporting media, our team will:

Review the documentation you provided.

Confirm whether the damage or spoilage occurred in transit or was the result of a production error.

Notify you of our decision—typically within 2 business days of your submission.
5. Replacement Shipments

Approved claims will be fulfilled with a replacement shipment at no additional charge.

Replacement orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
6. Refunds

The CHF 100 sample fee and any shipping charges associated with sample delivery are non-refundable.

Should you enter into a Service Agreement with FoodYoung Labs, the CHF 100 sample fee will be credited toward your total contract amount.
